Mental Floss Meditative Series

With all that we have been through and all the uncertainty ahead we all deserve a chance to release & reset. This four part series will help you do more than merely survive these trying times. It is all about helping you shift into the master creator you already are deep within.
We will work with meditation, aromatherapy, emotional release and finding solutions from within ourselves. As we process, release & heal emotional debris we have tremendous capacity to focus on creating brilliantly and boldly.
Here are some of areas we will focus on:
Tools for transcending depression
Anxiety quick release
Creating opportunity amidst chaos
Taking your power back from fear
Connecting with your own inner guidance
Calming the negative voice in our heads
Shifting from negative to limitless
A kid-friendly/adult-friendly stress relief session
Class times (you are free to join either each week):
Batch A: 9 pm PH/SG time Oct. 5, 12, 19 & 26 (this will be 6 am California time on same dates)
Batch B: 6 pm California time Sept. 6, 13, 20 & 27 (this will be at 9 am PH/SG time on Sept. 7, 14, 21 & 28)
