Toby's Favorite Raw Chocolate

Energy. Intention. Ingredients. This is the real recipe for thriving. More specifically, though, here is my favorite, go-to raw chocolate recipe. Every ingredient is good for you and guiltless!

Ingredients

*1 cup melted, organic cacao butter or coconut oil (cacao butter is more temp-stable and I buy it online in bulk from Terrasoul Superfoods for a great price)

*1.5 cups sifted, organic, raw cacao powder (I buy online from Thrive Market for $10 per pound)

*1/4 tsp fine Himalayan salt
*1/3+ cup coconut nectar (more or less to taste - available at Sprouts or natural food stores)
*3-10 drops of your favorite YLEO (to taste): I love Rose for getting reconnected with my heart; Peppermint is amazing for the holidays; Orange tastes amazing; Frankincense is transcendent

Directions

1.) Melt cacao butter or coconut oil over very low temp in a double-boiler or place it in a glass Pyrex bowl and place this into a warm water bath.
2.) Sift cacao powder into the cacao butter or coconut oil, reserving the last bit to add at your discretion: be careful the mixture doesn't become too thick to pour.
3.) Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly. Taste test!
4.) Pour into silicone molds or a glass baking dish. Top with goji berries and/or cacao nibs.
5.) This is the most important part: place your palms over the chocolate and say a prayer of blessing. Set the intention for a more open heart, greater sense of peace, etc. Sing a couple of loving lines into the chocolate. Understand that the energy, prayer or intention you focus into your chocolate will be tasted and felt by all you share with, if you don't gobble it all up yourself!

6.) Place in freezer for 20 minutes or fridge for one hour to harden. Store in fridge or freezer to prevent melting.
